It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item, including a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
